本文以GDST公司體外診斷試劑冷鏈物流運營現(xiàn)狀作為研究的切入點，介紹了體外診斷試劑這一特殊生物制品的工藝特征、中國體外診斷試劑冷鏈流通的特點，以此引出了GDST公司體外診斷試劑的供應(yīng)以及從國外體外診斷試劑生產(chǎn)工廠一直到最后的使用客戶這整個流通渠道的內(nèi)容，然后具體分析了GDST公司體外診斷試劑冷鏈物流運營存在的問題，通過對整個流通渠道層級的原因分析。最終找到了GDST公司體外診斷試劑冷鏈物流運營存在的問題的根本原因。

Abstract

 

Taking GDST Company's in vitro diagnostic reagent cold chain logistics operation status as the starting point, this paper introduces the technological characteristics of the special biological products of in vitro diagnostic reagents, the characteristics of cold chain circulation in Chinese in vitro diagnostic reagents, This leads to the supply of GDST company in vitro diagnostic reagents and from abroad in vitro diagnostic reagent production plant until the final use of the customer this entire circulation channel content, and then the specific analysis of GDST company in vitro diagnostic reagent cold chain logistics operation problems, through the entire channel level of the cause analysis.

Finally found the root cause of the problems existing in the cold chain logistics operation of GDST company in vitro diagnostic reagents. On the basis of discovering the root cause, two sets of schemes for improvement and optimization are proposed. Then, starting from the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the two schemes, the paper focuses on the balance analysis between the time and cost of the two sets of optimization schemes, and selects a set of best optimization schemes in line with the facts of the enterprise. Then according to the establishment of quality management policy, supplier audit and selection, operator training, KPI assessment system, and program implementation performance tracking, five aspects of the improvement and optimization of the implementation of the program.
